We have requirement of below resource as per following JD.. that need to close it on urgent basis, deployment may in next 15 days time...



Location:- Delhi

Willing to work in Shifts



· 01 L1 Resident Engineer (Graduate, Juniper certified (JNCIS) and having minimum 1-2 year work experience including 06 months experience with SRX series router)

· 01 L2 Resident Engineer (Graduate, Juniper certified (JNCIP) and having minimum 3-4 year work experience including 1-2 year experience with SRX series router)

Job Responsibility of the VPN Support desk

· Monitor and Maintain all VPN associated devices at site (22 or so locations) using PRTG tool

· Receive requests or complaints and initiate problem resolution measures as per SLA

· Perform problem diagnosis and root cause analysis/elimination
