Why is there no B drive in a computer? -

It's not that computers don't have B drives. Initially, (hardly two decades ago), personal computers didn't have hard discs they were equipped with two floppy drives called drives A and B.

Gaurav Singh: Facebook doesn't say how many web servers it uses to power its infrastructure. Technical presentations by Facebook staff suggested that as of June 2010 the company was running at least 60,000 servers in its data centers, up from 30,000 in 2009 and 10,000 back in April 2008.
Gaurav Singh: Facebook revealed some big, big stats on big data to a few reporters at its HQ today, including that its system processes 2.5 billionpieces of content and 500+ terabytes of data each day. It's pulling in 2.7 billion Like actions and 300 million photos per day, and it scans roughly 105 terabytes of data each half hour.Aug 22, 2012.
