When someone comes to us with an MVP idea, the first thing we usually do is ask questions.

A lot of them.

Not because we want to make the process complicated, but because the first version of an idea is rarely the clearest version of the problem.

What are people doing today? Where are they getting stuck? What takes the most time? What actually needs to change?

Once we understand that, deciding what to build becomes much easier.

A successful MVP should answer a clear question:

Who is it for?
What painful problem does it solve?
What needs to be true for someone to use it?
What is the shortest path to value?

The goal isn’t to build a smaller version of the final product.

It’s to build enough to learn what deserves to come next.
