Hey folks!

Lately I have been busy working on a new version of our original Anode Acoustics HP amplifier #4 which was launched several years ago around 2019-2020.

(After that I have been building many higher end version of this amplifier in a bigger chassis with all the bells and whistles. It is a quite successful amplifier indeed which is liked by the users and i still make it.)

Well this new version of the original #4 is called the AA HP amplifier #4- 2026. The original build from years ago is listed here:

The new 2026 amplifier is redesigned from the ground up but I have not dared to fiddle too much with its original sound signature because the original circuit has been very popular with the users for the last 5-6 years.

For the 2026 version I designed new circuit boards, used newer components and a new custom chassis was built for it.

This is the smallest and simplest amplifier from Anode Acoustics but it sounds nice and is pretty capable of driving various headphones including most planars.

The idea behind this amplifier was to create something compact, nice sounding, cost effective and rugged that can drive a wide variety of headphones. It is something which would sit on your desk for years without any fuss while faithfully doing its job everyday and without drawing much attention..... and all the while playing enjoyable music through your headphones.

Let me tell you the features of this amplifier to show what it is and what it is not. :-)

- Built in linear power supply with regulated rails. Single transformer and power supply for both channels. The power transformer resides inside its own enclosure within the chassis for reducing stray EMF.

- High quality electronic components are used. The output devices are medium power BJT transistors.

- Mild steel polymer coated chassis. Matte black finish.

- Alps Japan RK16 or Alpha Taiwan potentiometer.

- Good quality plastic volume k**b.

- Plastic TRS female connector for 6.3mm headphone pin.

- High quality and durable RCA connectors.

- Power output: Close to 1w.

- Dimensions: 210x155x70mm
- Weight: 1.7kg.

Last but not the least. The retail price of the unit remains unchanged at INR 22000

BUT

First 5 units get a new launch discount of 20%. That is the net price of Rs. 17600.

Hey guys.
I am thankful to you all for showing interest in Anode Acoustics amplifiers and pre-amplifiers. It has been a great journey to have satisfied customers for the last 8-10 years. Many of our products, like AA HP amplifier #1 have been a success and quite popular among the users worldwide. Lately I have been asked by several of our old patrons to reintroduce our HP amplifier #4 in its original form factor. Here is the original one from years ago.

Soon, we are coming up with the 2026 version of the same amplifier #4 with many improvements over the original one, but it would cost the same. The web page will be updated as well. A total of 12 units are planned at this time.
This headphones amplifier is the most compact one from Anode Acoustics measuring roughly 200x150x60mm. It is compact yes but it can drive most any headphones out there.

Hey folks.

This 6SN7 preamplifier is going to its owner in Kolkata. This is serial number 84.

This customer wanted a custom gain set to 10db. The rest of the configuration is also upgraded like mundorf oil capacitors, teflon insulated electrical wiring, silver plated oxygen free copper for signal wiring, high quality connectors, Alps Blue volume potentiometer etc etc.

Hello friends. I have been busy lately fulfilling the customer orders. This amplifier is now ready to be packed and sent out to its owner in Nagpur, India.

Here is Anode Acoustics Headphone amplifier #1 Mark 2. It comes in a full metal chassis and it has all the optional upgrades of the original amplifier as default.
The extra things are more input and output options inside a sleek aluminium and steel cabinet.

This headphones amplifier is based on ECL82/PCL82 tubes and it can output 1w of power into your headphones.

Hey guys!
I just finished building a phono stage preamplifier for MC (moving coil) cartridges.
This is a two box unit where one box contains the transformer and regulated power supplies. A detachable cord connects the two boxes. The other box contains further supply regulation and the amplifier boards.
The amplifier section itself is divided into two parts. The first part is pre-pre stage and the second part contains RIIA equaliser as well as further amplification to line stage.
The total gain of the unit is 58db and the input impedance of the unit is customised for the Benz Micro LPS Reference Cartridge that the customer will use with this phono preamplifier.
I forgot to mention that these are fully discrete circuits and no opamps are used anywhere.

Hello friends!
I am pleased to share this build of EL34 monoblocks for a customer in Goa. The amplifiers are already packed for shipping. Each monoblock is 16.6kg including the double box packing. This customer already has Anode Acoustics 6SN7 preamplifier as well as our solid state power amplifier.
These EL34 monoblocks will be driving his vintage Klipsch La Scala speakers. This setup should sound pretty decent.
