1 Acknowledgement copy is compulsory for collecting your materials.
2 Our responsbility is limited to service of the accepted material only. We are not responsible consequential damages arising from delay in non-repairs of the marerial.
3 The material has been accepted for service subject to internal verification. should we find the material to have been tampered, misused,components removed,the
marerial will be returned without repairs and the same will be intimated to customer within a reasonable time.
4 While every effort shall be made to take proper care of customers material/s the company assumes no responsiblity for theft,loss or damege due to fire, flood or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
5 Defective parts and components will be returned under any circumtances.
6 All materials will be given a warranty of 1 Month from the date of delivery for the problems we rectified.
7 Customer are requested to note the serial numbers of all your materials while giving and taking delivery. Company is not responsible for any missing or tamering and the report given by some other repair center once material left our office.
8 All the repaired or not repaired material should be collected within 30 days from the date of receipt afterwards company assumes no responsibility. All disputes subjected to DAVANGERE jurisdiction only......
