I have purchased My laptop from Poorvika online store. Invoice Number: ONL/3VEL/177. I raised the complaints regarding my battery backup issue. My laptop is covered under warranty.
As per my battery report: (Attached to this mail)
Design capacity = 41,040 mWh
Full charge capacity = 36,410 mWh ( Loses 4,630 mWh capacity within 11 months)
Battery Health = 88.72%
Cycle count = 189/1000 (Long life battery)

For every month, Battery loses 420 mWh from its design capacity. This result is not acceptable to anyone.
As per your Battery warranty statement, a Long-life battery has 1000 cycles. But my laptop battery crosses only 189 cycles. Within that 189 cycles, my battery loses its 11.28% capacity.
Regarding this issue, I raised a complaint. But HP support team doesn't accept this issue. The support team told, "Battery degradation is a most common issue in the lithium-ion battery over the year and this is a normal thing". And Without my acknowledgment or acceptance, the Support team closes this case. This will show very very worst customer support service.
Kindly Replace with a new battery by HP or an HP authorized service provider. Or else Match Full charge capacity is equal to Design capacity.
