We are seriously looking for a verithanamana (hardcore) designer! 🤨🧐
We are a team of developers who are excellent coders, problem solvers, go getters and we love the work we do.
I myself the founder of the company is also a developer. I built the company and team around development and so my clients keep giving me development work and are happy with results that we deliver.
Now, We face a problem which every developer faces.
DESIGN ....! 😟😧😮😯
Yep that's how we developers feel after delivering at least 5 Pakka pixel perfect web design projects that are stunning and responsive and in Vera level too.
Note, it's not that we don't know design it is that we are not attracted to it and its not interesting for us to work on design heavy projects.
On the other hand all our clients are pushing us to work on designs since no one else is able to achieve the results and output as expected by the client.
Yep, we are great yet we feel incomplete without a designer.
We don't have a great looking website, we don't have a branding kit, we don't have a good presentation template, we don't even have a shiny email signature.
All that today's world needs is branding and packaging. We as Devs, are not good at designs and yet we are not able to put up ourselves out there really well.
We don't even have a shiny social media post to put this job opening since we don't have a designer 😭😭😭
Our new designer should be
- a good person at heart
- develop XD design, sketch designs and develop own illustrations
- excellent color sense
- sharp eyes and attention to details
- passionate, young and open minded
- test our development works and work with our developers to get the design a pixel perfect one
- fulfill our design needs as and when needed in different parts of the projects by sourcing images, illustrations etc
- learn and be updated with latest trends and updates in tech and the design /UI/UX industry
- teach or maybe show our developers the design world and help them to understand design
- make developers life easier by working closely with them during and after development.
- good UX skills since we mostly work in e-commerce shops, our customers expect us to do conversation optimisation and that involves a good UX.
- design landing pages for marketing campaigns
- work hard and be committed
- be responsible person who does not need a manager or boss to oversee or ask for updates all the time
- be able to try different perspectives and new designs if me or my client is not satisfied with your design
- ability to start fresh and impress us, even if we say that your design sucks 😉
