Position Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to support training programs, executive communications, and internal marketing initiatives. This role focuses on designing high-quality PowerPoint presentations and creating engaging video-based learning content. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and enhance professional PowerPoint presentations for training
programs, executive leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Create engaging video-based learning and communication materials, including animated and explainer videos using platforms such as Vyond, PowToon, or similar tools.
• Develop visually impactful assets including e-learning templates, layout frameworks, reusable design components, and branded communication materials (flyers, brochures, and internal collateral).
• Perform basic to intermediate video editing using Adobe Premiere or comparable video editing software.
• Partner closely with training, communications, and operational teams to transform technical and process-driven content into clear, engaging visual solutions.
• Ensure consistency with corporate branding guidelines and training standards across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Apply knowledge of manufacturing environments, plant operations, and industrial processes to ensure accuracy and relevance in all materials.
Key Skills:
• Strong experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience developing animated/explainer videos.
• Working knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere preferred).
• Understanding of manufacturing environments, plant operations, or industrial processes is a plus.
