Team Leader (Outbound Process)

• To drive the team towards goals and targets set by respective management heads.
• Associate retention and attrition control
• Team building
• Need to meet the team regularly
• Educating Agents about their KPI.
• Listening to live & recorded calls regularly to assess the skills of the associates.
• Check the defect of the agents and clear the same in a positive manner.
• Conduct refresher trainings to improve associate performance and quality
• Dipstick on product and process.
• Tracking associate performance.
Male / Female Candidate who can able to join immediately will be given preference.
Team Leader experience of minimum 2 years in Outbound Process/Domestic BPO is mandatory.
Should have excellent communication skills (Both - Verbal & Written).
