Kanini’s response to the Corona Virus Pandemic

First, the health and safety of our clients and our employees is our priority. We are taking a number of steps for this. We are asking most of our employees to work from home. This however, will not slow down our operations. Our Network, Security and Client Support teams will remain fully functional. We will be doing most of our maintenance work remotely as required.
Second, as more people work from home, global Internet and Network traffic usage has increased by 30%. These peak traffic changes might affect your network’s performance, reliability or security. If this network traffic increase raises any concern for you, feel free to contact us at anytime. We will ensure that your IT infrastructure is set-up properly to handle the increased network load.
Third, cyber security threats have gone up by 10%. We are seeing more email phishing scam attacks because of the Corona Virus Pandemic. Again, please contact us now to ensure that your network remains fully secured. Kanini’s firewalls will continuously monitor your network for any new cyber security threats and block them.
Finally, we recognize that the Corona Virus Pandemic might put a strain on your company’s IT infrastructure as more employees work remotely. To help you with this, we are giving Kanini’s ‘Work from Home’ technology pack free for small business for the next six months. The health of our already weak economy depends on the strength of our small businesses. I believe it is Kanini’s duty to help our people to do their work remotely.
