On Thursday, October 30th, our Redgrape Team joyously celebrated its 13th anniversary at the Hilton in Chennai. Reflecting on 13 glorious years of success, we are excited about the future and what it holds for us.

The anniversary event was graced by the presence of our esteemed Group CIO, Martyn Oakley, alongside our Managing Director, Rangarajan Jambunathan. We took this special occasion to honor and recognize employees who have been with us for a decade and those who have dedicated five years to our journey. In addition to these recognitions, various awards were distributed to acknowledge the exceptional efforts of our team members.

The celebrations continued with a vibrant array of dance performances, engaging fun quizzes, and a delightful dinner, making the evening truly memorable. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our staff for their unwavering dedication, commitment, and professionalism. Here’s to many more years of shared success and celebrations!

On Sunday, January 5th, our Redgrape Business Services team participated in the Freshworks Chennai Running event.

It was truly inspiring to see over 60 of our dedicated employees lace up their running shoes and successfully complete the 10K, 21K, or even the 42K run!

At Redgrape, we prioritize the health and well-being of our staff, and it is events like these that truly reflect our commitment. Since 2018, we have proudly been corporate participants in this premier running event, and each year we see not only an increase in the number of participants but also a growing enthusiasm for maintaining physical fitness.

A huge congratulations to all the participants! Your dedication and hard work are commendable and a source of pride for us all. Well done, Team!

On Thursday, November 7th, our Redgrape Team celebrated its 12th year anniversary at Hilton, Chennai. This has been 12 glorious years and we look forward to more.
The anniversary event was attended by our Group CFO Ben Chaffe, our Group CIO Martyn Oakley and our Managing Director Rangarajan Jambunathan.

Employees who have been with us for 10 years and 5 years were recognized. Other awards were distributed followed by a lot of dance events, fun quizzes and dinner.

A big thank you to all our staff for their dedicaton, commitment and professionalism. We look forward to more of these!

On International Women’s Day (March 8th), we had a cake cutting ceremony with all our women employees at our Redgrape office in Guindy, Chennai. The team joined both virtually and in the office.

Redgrape, as an organization, continues to focus on the health and well-being of our team. To this end, we have been participating in the Chennai Marathons since 2017.

This year, more than 40 of our associates are taking part in the Freshworks Chennai Marathon - 10K and 21K. This is on Sunday, January 8th.

We have partnered with Chennai Runners in the fitness activities leading up to the run. We look forward to having a lot of fun!
