iTNT Hub, in collaboration with Surana and Surana International Attorneys, organised an engaging session on “Intellectual Property Rights: Protecting Innovation through Patents and Copyrights” at PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, Coimbatore on 22 July 2026. Led by Ms. Nihaarika Prudhvi, Associate – Intellectual Property Rights, alongside Mr. Sanjay Sharma and Ms. Yashika Bhartia, the session explored patent protection, copyright law, IP strategy, innovation management, and the importance of safeguarding research and entrepreneurial ideas.

The enthusiastic participation of students and the interactive discussions highlighted a growing interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, patents, copyrights, and IP commercialisation. The session reinforced the importance of identifying and protecting intellectual property through the right legal pathways, while combining a clear IP strategy with a well-defined commercial roadmap to transform ideas into valuable assets and drive long-term impact.

iTNT Hub organised an exclusive Financial Planning and Fundraising Masterclass for hardware startups accelerated under the Tamil Nadu Hardware Accelerator Programme on 24 July 2026 at iTNT Hub, Chennai. The session was led by Ms. Arasi Arul, Director, TN W.O.M.E.N and focused on strengthening the financial and fundraising readiness of hardware startups.

The masterclass covered key areas including financial projections and forecasting, funding stages and sources, sizing the funding round, valuation and dilution, investor-ready data rooms, and key metrics investors look for in hardware startups. The session offered practical insights to help founders plan their funding journey and prepare for their next growth milestone.
