iTNT Hub, in collaboration with NSRCEL, conducted a focused masterclass on “From Lab to Venture Scale: Building and Scaling Hardware Startups” for portfolio startups under Velocity – Kotak BizLabs Accelerator Programme, a CSR initiative by Kotak Mahindra Bank, on 1 October 2026 at iTNT Hub, Chennai.

Led by Mr. Kaustubh Patekar, Founder, ProdZen and Head of Products, Biome, the session offered practical insights into taking hardware innovations from the lab to the market and building ventures for scale. The masterclass covered key considerations around product development, validation, manufacturing, market readiness and scaling, helping founders understand the challenges and opportunities involved in building hardware ventures.

iTNT Hub welcomed a new cohort of startups for the iAccelerate Go-to-Market (GTM) & Investment Readiness (IR) Program, marking the beginning of a focused journey to help startups strengthen their market strategy and prepare for investment opportunities.

Ms. Vanitha Venugopal, CEO, iTNT Hub, welcomed the cohort and shared insights on iTNT Hub’s role, programmes and support available to startups. She encouraged the founders to actively engage with the ecosystem and make the most of the resources, mentorship and opportunities offered through the programme.

The iTNT Hub Acceleration Team provided an overview of the programme, outlining its key components and the support available to participating startups throughout the cohort.

The kick-off was followed by a GTM Motion Workshop led by Mr. PRASANNA KUMAR M, which focused on helping founders think more strategically about their go-to-market approach, including understanding customer needs, refining market positioning and building a structured path towards market traction.

We look forward to seeing these startups turn their ideas into stronger market opportunities and achieve the next milestones in their growth journey.

iTNT Hub hosted a practical workshop on “Decoding Investor Term Sheet” for founders and entrepreneurs, led by Mr. Khozema Rangwala, Lawyer, Advik Law, on 29 September 2026.

The session covered key aspects of investor term sheets, including valuation, dilution, liquidation preference, key clauses and investor terms, helping participants understand what to evaluate before entering into an investment agreement.

The workshop also explored negotiation considerations and common pitfalls, offering practical insights into areas that require closer attention during investor discussions. The session equipped founders with a clearer understanding of term sheets and considerations for navigating the investment process.

We were pleased to welcome a delegation from New Zealand on 28 September 2026 for discussions on DeepTech, emerging technologies and opportunities for ecosystem collaboration between Tamil Nadu and New Zealand.

The delegation was represented by Mr. Sakthi Priya Balaji Ranganathan, Founder & CEO, JIX Reality Lab and Board Member, India New Zealand Business Council; Mr. Tim McInnes, Managing Director, Ruffells; and Mr. Arun Rajiah (AR), Founder, LVL1 Accelerator, Chennai.

The delegation met with 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝘁𝘂𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱, 𝗜.𝗔.𝗦., Additional Chief Secretary to Government, AI, IT & DS Department and Ms. Vanitha Venugopal, CEO, iTNT Hub. The discussions focused on iTNT Hub’s role in strengthening Tamil Nadu’s DeepTech and Emerging Tech ecosystem and explored opportunities for collaboration, technology exchange and connections between startups, innovators and ecosystem stakeholders across India and Chirstchurch, New Zealand.

Following the meeting, the delegation visited iTNT Hub, where they interacted with portfolio startups and explored its AI/ML Lab, AR/VR Studio, IoT & Electronics Lab, Fab Lab and Design Studio to gain an understanding of the facilities and support available for technology-led innovation and venture development.
