Think twice before you open an account with ICICI. And more when you open a business current account and some more when you avail their Insta OD offer. Looks like they will replace your ATM card with another card when you take a Insta OD and with this card you will not be able to withdraw money or swipe in any POS and can use only for online transactions. Irony is that they remembered this almost 11 months after I availed my Insta OD and they shipped the useless inquiry card by Blue Dart. I am literally at home since last Thursday and Blue dart is playing a hide and seek game not delivering the card to me. Good this is that they are doing this at the month beginning. ICICI also disabled my ATM card. Every day I am getting SMS from Blue Dart and emails from ICICI that they could not deliver the card. I think I need to wait at my gate all day along to receive the card it seems. I am waiting to see how far they can go on this. This the way they support small businesses like mine.
