eCommerce website handover and post-launch support can look sorted until the first issue hits.
The store is live, but the code is still in the agency repo, production access is limited, analytics is owned by the wrong account, and nobody knows who handles rollback.
That is not support. That is dependency.
Before sign-off, check ownership, credentials, documentation, warranty terms, and who is responsible once the site is live.
The expensive part usually starts after launch.
Ask WEBDIGITA to review the handover and support details before they become a post-launch problem.
