Yesterday, like every New Year, my WhatsApp was flooded with wishes from friends, family, colleagues, and clients.
But one message made me pause and reflect on why we do what we do at YesGo.
A few years ago, a young man walked into our institute.
He had a Diploma in Printing, no work experience, and no job. A senior had referred him to us.
He wanted to enroll, but with one request:
“Can I bring my father along to speak with you?”
He needed his father’s approval. Gaining his family’s trust had been a challenge, and now investing in training felt like an additional financial burden.
When they arrived, hesitation was visible, concern real. After a long conversation, we told his father:
“Give us six months. Trust the process. Judge the growth.”
Six months later, the results spoke louder than any promise.
He secured a role in a global company with the salary we had committed to.
He returned to YesGo—not alone, but with his father and wife—smiling, proud, and confident.

Yesterday, almost four years later we received a heartfelt New Year message from his father reminded us of something important:
