💰 ₹8 LPA post-probation CTC (₹5 LPA fixed + up to ₹3 LPA performance incentives)
📅 3-month probation at ₹25,000/month + incentives

What you'll do:
✅ Counsel learners on Coding Ninjas courses and career programs
✅ Convert inbound and outbound leads into enrollments
✅ Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, email and virtual sessions
✅ Achieve monthly sales targets

Who you are:
🎯 Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
🎯 Strong at negotiation and closing
🎯 Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
🎯 Goal-driven, with basic CRM knowledge

NACE research reveals a growing gap: 1 in 3+ entry-level jobs reported by employers require AI skills, yet 50.5% of graduating seniors aren’t currently building them.
