GJobs Ltd is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated HR Recruiter for our UK-based client. Our client is a well-established and expanding Home care agency that has been providing care to clients and helping them to continue living

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of recruitment activity ensuring CQC, UKBA, in compliance with standards and regulatory requirements through effective management of the team.
Lead and support the team to ensure timely recruitment of a high-quality workforce with focused and effective strategies for engagement and retention.
Overall responsibility for employee files; ensuring that they are all compliant, up to date, and accurate.
Shift Timings: 2.30 PM IST to 10.30 PM IST
Job Duties:
Posting Job Advert:
Create the Job advert for the vacancy. The advert includes Client specification, Tasks to meet the client needs, Person Specification, Experience, Skills required, working hours, Pay details, benefits, and position type.
Telephone Screening:
Conduct in-depth telephone screening to evaluate candidate competency, motivation, and personality fit for each vacancy.
Appointment:
Book candidates in for an interview, confirming the correct documentation to be taken. Send Text message followed by email regarding Interview schedule.
Interview:
Conduct face-to-face interviews as and when needed, involve the Care Manager, Coordinators, Team Leaders, Service users, or NOK. Verify all original documents and maintain scan copy in the file.
Verify and fill in any gaps in the application and supporting documents.
Issue Job Offer:
Liaise with coordinators about the availability start date and issue the Job Offer, Update the weekly tracker on the new starts.
Communication:
Keep in contact with applicants – regular communication and updates.
Reference and DBS:
Process all documentation such as DBS, right to work, employment history, qualification and Training certificates, Chase of reference to be completed in order to make work ready in line with CQC regulations.
eLearning:
Issue the login details for eLearning once the start date is given and informing them of the responsibility to complete training by fulfilling their contractual obligations and keeping their CPD up to date.
Staff File update on the system:
Complete employee file, ensuring complaint (with CQC, UKBA) up to date and accurate in our system
