We are hiring Technical Support Engineers.
Roles and requirements:
· Answering customer queries through phone, e-mail & chat about product features and capabilities
· Helping customers with basic troubleshooting, configuration difficulties, and advanced technical issues in the product
· Communicating customer requirements to the development team
· Facilitating product demos, implementations, and training
· Freshers from any stream (preferably 2022 batch)
· Excellent in written and spoken English
· Flexible to work night shifts and relocate
· Keen to learn new technologies
· Interested in accounting and finance
