Salary: Up to 8000AED (1.81L INR) per month.

Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales through various channels, including
telecalling, referrals, and
personal networks. Your role involves presenting proposals, conducting meetings with potential buyers,
and achieving
monthly sales targets for residential villa projects across India. You'll need excellent communication
skills, a proactive
approach to sales, and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. Collaboration with the
sales team and other
departments is crucial, along with providing regular reports to the Vice President of Sales. Flexibility in
working weekends
and traveling to company sites in Tamil Nadu is required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct telecalling activities, deliver persuasive presentations, and convert leads into sales.
Generate sales through referrals and tap into personal networks.
Build and maintain an extensive database of potential clients.
Organize and participate in daily meetings with potential buyers, showcasing properties as required.
Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting residential villa projects nationwide.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Develop innovative marketing strategies to capitalize on sales opportunities.
Display proficiency in sales closures and maintain proactive engagement with clients.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and capitalize on opportunities.
Serve as a solution provider, maintaining a positive mindset at all times.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with prospective buyers and clients.
Develop and adhere to monthly sales plans, translating them into actionable daily and weekly plans.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Vice President of Sales.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments as necessary.
Willingness to travel to company sites in Tamil Nadu as required.
Flexibility to work weekends as necessary.
