Experience : Minimum of 2 years experience in International incoming/outgoing call handling with customers B2B or B2C and in courier dispatching management.
Candidate must possess excellent English communication skills.
Should be fluent in American accent and flexible for US shift.
Good computer knowledge, Be a Fast Learner and a Team Player, Be organized and reliable patient and focused under pressure.
