Hiring Trainee Software Engineer

We are conducting walk-in-interview for fresh graduates who have successfully completed BE, MCA, M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent in the year of 2019 or 2020. Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidate shall
1. have strong analytical and complex problem-solving capabilities
2. have basic knowledge on HTML, CSS, Javascript and SQL
3. have basic knowledge with OOPs (Object Oriented Programming) concept in any programming language
4. have basic knowledge in UI design
5. able to learn and understand the technical requirements for the implementation
6. continuously discover, learn and evaluate new technologies to maximize development efficiency
7. capacity to learn high standards of coding

The candidate shall also
1. be honest, reliable and willing to associate with us in the long term
2. be a self-starter and passionate for problem-solving and technical challenges
3. establish and maintain a strong working relationship with the team
4. communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals at all levels
5. work effectively within a collaborative team to identify and resolve issues
6. work closely with other developers, designers, team members, project managers and business analyst from the different layers of the infrastructure
7. perform strong time management skills
8. manage priorities and work in a fast pace environment
