We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to support our software users based in the USA. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and help them through Zoom calls, emails, and live chat.
You’ll work closely with our international team and join weekly team meetings to stay aligned and updated.
Industry: SAAS (USA Shift)
Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office only)
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅Handle customer support via Zoom, Email, and Chat
✅Assist users with basic software-related questions and issues, onboarding etc.
✅Coordinate with our international team
✅Attend weekly team meetings
✅Maintain professionalism while handling sensitive customer information
⚠️ Important: We handle sensitive customer data, so working from home is not permitted. Current location is Manasapota, Simurali, Chakdaha, Nadia – 741248 (Office will move soon to our new location near Chakdaha BDO – 741222)
Qualifications:
➡️Graduate candidates (any stream)
➡️Excellent English speaking and writing skills (very important)
➡️Strong computer and internet skills
➡️Comfortable working with online tools and software
➡️Background in Computer Science is a plus, but not mandatory
➡️Willing to work USA shift from office
