We are expanding our development team and looking for skilled Full Stack Developers to join us full-time and contribute to high-impact products with real-world scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or contribute to development of modules using Laravel (PHP) for backend services
Build dynamic and responsive frontend components with React.js, JavaScript, and Blade templates
Design, optimize, and manage complex MySQL schemas and queries
Build and consume RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver scalable, bug-free features
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and production deployments
Maintain codebase and contribute to refactoring, performance optimization, and documentation
Must-Have Skills
Solid hands-on experience with Laravel (PHP) framework
Proficient in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Good understanding of MySQL, database architecture, and query optimization
Familiar with REST API development and integration
Comfortable with Git version control and collaborative workflows
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Blade templating and Laravel authentication (JWT/OAuth)
Exposure to DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
Experience with Agile methodology or task boards (Jira, Trello, etc.)
Familiarity with basic UI/UX principles or tools like Figma
