Position: Outbound Caller (International)

Job Responsibility:
Candidates will be responsible for providing effective and courteous support to customers in relation to our products and services by calling customers, answering incoming calls, responding to lead queries to increase the growth of Sales.

Duties:
• Logging and classifying the Customer Requests.
• Respond to customers enquiries related to Product functionality and services.
• Follow up with leads/prospects to convert them into customers and increase sales.
• Accept additional projects or areas of responsibility to improve the team's performance.
• Proactively contribute to the Sales team and the achievement of its goals.
• Participate in Product Reviews and provide inputs for Improvements

Qualifications/Skills Requirements:
• Excellent Verbal and Writing Communication Skills in English is a Must.
• Computer Literacy (Ex: Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail) is a Must.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a customer service or contact centre environment is a Must.
• Knowledge about SEO products and services is a Must.
• Any Graduate, MBA, BSc, MSc is acceptable.
• Willingness to undertake additional projects and responsibilities from time to time.
• Flexibility with work times (rotational shift work), including working night shifts

We are looking for a qualified Mobile developer to join our team. Candidate must be passionate about mobile platforms and translating code into user-friendly apps. As a Mobile developer, the candidate will be collaborating with team to develop and maintain high quality functional mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
• Produce well-designed, testable, fully-functional, efficient mobile applications by using best software development practices.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs including suggestion solutions.
• Create and maintain application documentation.
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the applications.
• Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols that can be applied into operations and activities.
• Cooperate with web designer to match visual design intent.
• Design interfaces to improve user experience.
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support).
• Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions and debug them to optimize performance.
• Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards.

Qualifications/Skills Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Mobile Developer.
• Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Swift and Java.
• Familiarity with OOP design principles.
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical skills for aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timeline and budget with business acumen.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse mobile technologies and techniques.
• Ability to perform in a team environment.
• BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
