We were honored to host a special session with Swami Prem Anveshi Ji, a distinguished spiritual teacher and accomplished business leader (MD of Futurex and Eco Green Infra), widely known for his inspirational journey, “From Millionaire to Monk.”

The session delivered actionable insights to empower women founders in strengthening leadership capabilities, building robust professional networks, and preparing their ventures for accelerated growth, while also highlighting the expanding opportunities within Odisha’s technology ecosystem.
Smt. Jayashree Mohanty, Co-Founder & President of Luminous Infoways, played a vital role in shaping and driving The Startup Garage initiative, leveraging her 25+ years of leadership experience in IT services and products. With a strong global clientele spanning India, the USA, UK, Middle East, Korea, Africa, Europe, and ANZ regions, and as an alumna of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade with international exposure from Nyenrode Business University, her vision and mentorship significantly contributed to the program’s impact. Under her leadership, Luminous Infoways has evolved into a CMMI Level 3 and National e-Governance Award–winning organization, generating large-scale employment across the country.
