Summary:
The person will be responsible for lead generation through a variety of methods and events. He/She will be working with internal resources and external agencies to provide high quality, effective and cost effective marketing campaigns with a positive impact on sales.
Description:
As a Manager, you will:
*Help establishing a robust marketing strategy and execute to achieve results
*Build the company's brand within chosen markets and use to impact on sales lead generation
*Create digital content and execute
*Develop marketing campaigns
*Coordinating Presentations and demos with clients for marketing purposes
*Managing and developing the suite of marketing collateral
*Skilled in managing and coordinating multiple concurrent projects - to time and on budget
*Developing promotional and informational materials in printed and e-mail format for campaign activities
*Build up a well efficient Sales team to ensure up to date and accurate information is kept on the CRM system
*Managing the company Social Media feeds and updating as appropriate
Job Responsibilities:
*Generating sale leads to agreed targets
*Budget management, allocation, monitoring, tracking and reporting
*Monitoring the impact of brand exposure
*Contributing ideas to improving the overall sales & marketing standards and processes
Job Profile:
As Marketing Manager, you will have:
*At least 3 years experience in IT-Software Marketing
*Extensive knowledge of marketing techniques
*Demonstrable experience covering a broad range of communications and marketing methods
*Experience and understanding of Web CMS, email marketing systems, digital and web tools
*Passion for delivering results and adding value
*Broad experience of maximizing Social Media platforms
*Confidence when dealing with external providers, existing and potential customers
*Strong prioritization, multi-tasking and organisational skills
Job Offer:
Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 25,000 p.a
Target Rs. 3,50,000.00 - Rs. 6,00,000.00 (P.M)
* Signup business for first month will be minimum Rs. 1,50,000.00.
*Minimum of 85% of the agreed target to be achieved for getting eligible for a full month salary. Candidates failing to achieve this will be paid flat 4% on the signed off projects cost.
*Candidates achieving 95%-100% will be eligible for T.A and D.A.
*Candidates achieving more than 100% will get attractive bonus / tour packages (Domestic/International)
*The real target achiever will be eligible for attractive perks & incentives.
*Over target achiever may give you a chance for achieving a domestic/international tour package based on your performance.
