Job Summary:As a Lead Generation BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers for our products or services. You will use various channels and techniques to generate leads and gather relevant information for the sales team. Your primary goal will be to connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide them with valuable information to generate interest in our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various sources such as online research, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.Qualify Leads: Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to determine their potential as prospective customers.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.Ability to work independently and meet targets.Strong organizational and time management skills.
