Afghani Egg Shahi Korma – Rich, creamy, and full of bold flavours!

To make the gravy paste:
• Oil / तेल – 2 tbsp
• Onion / प्याज – 2
• Ginger / अदरक – 1 inch
Afghani Egg Shahi Korma – Rich, creamy, and full of bold flavours!
• Cashew / काजू – 1/4 cup
• Green chillies / हरी मिर्च – 8–9
• Salt / नमक – 1 tsp
• Water / पानी – 1/2 cup
• Coriander leaves / धनिए के पत्ते – handful

To fry the eggs:
• Boiled Eggs / उबले हुए अंडे – 6
• Kashmiri red chilli powder / कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder / हल्दी – 1 tbsp

For the curry:
• Oil / तेल – 3 tbsp
• Butter / मक्खन – 1 cube
• Cloves / लौंग – 2
• Cardamom / इलायची – 2
• Cinnamon stick / दालचीनी – 1/2 inch
• Curd / दही – 1/2 cup
• Black pepper powder / काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1 tsp
• Roasted cumin powder / भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर – 1 tsp
• Garam masala powder / गरम मसाला पाउडर – 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder / हल्दी पाउडर – 1/4 tsp
• Cream / क्रीम – 3 tbsp (or use malai)
• Kasoori methi / कसूरी मेथी – 1 tbsp

A luxurious dish that pairs beautifully with naan, roti, or rice.

Crispy Fried Corn with Spiced Mix & Mayo Dip
A crunchy, flavorful snack that's quick to make and hard to resist!

Steps:
• Boil 2–3 corn cobs for 10–12 minutes
• Cut into long pieces (as shown in the video)
• Deep fry in medium-hot oil until crispy

Spice Mix:
• 1 tsp roasted jeera powder
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• Peri peri masala (optional)

Dip:
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp ketchup
• 1 tsp chilli sauce
• Oregano
• Mix well and serve chilled

Toss the fried corn in the spice mix and serve hot with your favorite dip!

Healthy Paneer Rice Bowl – Quick & Wholesome Recipe

Herbed Rice

Sauté garlic and onion in 1 tsp oil + 1 tsp butter
Add mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, peas, corn)
Add 2 cups cooked rice
Season with 1 tsp oregano, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt
Toss well and garnish with fresh herbs
Spiced Paneer
Mix 1 tbsp oil with salt, chili powder, chaat masala, garam masala, oregano, and lemon juice
Coat 200g paneer and grill until golden
Curd Salad
Whisk 200g curd
Add julienned carrot, cucumber, onion
Season with salt, pepper, and jeera powder
Chill before serving

A perfect balance of protein, fiber, and flavor – great for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.

Nepali Chukauni – A Tangy, Spicy Potato & Curd Delight

A traditional dish from the hills of Nepal, bursting with flavour and perfect as a side or light meal.

Ingredients:
2 cups curd
Water (to adjust consistency)
1 tbsp amchur
1 tbsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 medium-sized boiled potatoes
2 small sliced onions
Fresh dhaniya (coriander)

Tadka:
2 tbsp mustard oil
1/2 tbsp rai (mustard seeds)
1/2 tbsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
Kasoori methi
2 to 3 green chillies

A must-try if you love bold, tangy, and spicy flavors rooted in Nepali cuisine.

Method :-
- In a pan heat 2tbsp butter, to that crackle 1tsp mustard seeds & 1tsp cumin seeds.
- ⁠Add 4 green chillies, 2inch ginger & 10-12 garlic.
- ⁠Add 3 big chopped onion, 10-12 soaked cashew, salt to taste. Cook until onions are translucent.
- ⁠Blend them along with 1 bunch of coriander & few cubes of ice.
- ⁠Slit 10 eggs as shown & cook it with 1/4tsp haldi, 1/2tsp red chilli powder & salt to taste in 1tbsp mustard oil.
- ⁠In the same pan cook 1 inch cinnamon stick, 2 cardamom pods, 3 cloves.
- ⁠Add in the blended gravy & add 2 tbsp curd. Cook it well.
- ⁠Finally add some kasuri methi & fresh cream.
- ⁠Add in the cooked eggs, Mix & Serve.
