Looking for Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CodeCarrot
Type: Full-time, Fully-remote
Job Description
You’ll play a key role in building our early sales pipeline — qualifying inbound leads, driving outbound outreach, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You’ll work directly with the Founder, experiment with new GTM approaches, and help shape how CodeCarrot acquires and retains customers. It’s a strong fit for someone who’s driven, curious, and motivated by impact rather than rigid corporate structure.
Requirements
🔷 Proactively source, identify, and engage new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and creative prospecting strategies
🔷 Own the sales process end-to-end — from initial outreach to deal closure.
🔷 Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and determine fit with CodeCarrot products.
🔷 Become fluent in CodeCarrot product and value proposition to effectively engage technical and business stakeholders
🔷 Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and qualification criteria
🔷 Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM and consistently achieve weekly and monthly activity goals
🔷 Share learnings and insights from prospect conversations with internal teams to help refine our GTM motion
