1. Recruitment exposure (sourcing profiles, screening & short listing, interviewing)
2. Ability to understand terms & terminologies of the relevant domain
3. Ability to generate leads, networking and head-hunting & other ways of generating profiles
4. Good Verbal & Written communication Skills.
5. Good Interpersonal & Team Skills.
6. Good computer & MS Office skills
7. Good Team Management Skills
Roles & Responsibilities (At the Individual Level)
1. Studying & Understanding the job requirements received from the clients
2. Evaluating the different sourcing Methods for such requirements
3. Generating a pool of suitable & interested candidates from various sources
4. Screening & Short listing the profiles
5. Interviewing & Preparing candidates for further rounds with clients
6. Following up actively with candidate until the Joining of the candidate.
7. Maintaining various internal reports & client reports
Salary Details:
Graduate fresher’s;CTC:12296 Plus incentives
Post Graduates:CTC:13500 Plus incentives
