As a Desktop Support Field Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for on-site and remote IT support. You’ll handle everything from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensuring network security and seamless technology operations for our clients.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure at client sites and remotely.
Install, configure, and upgrade IT systems, including servers, workstations, routers, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to connectivity, software errors, and hardware malfunctions.
Manage network configurations, troubleshoot IP conflicts, and optimize performance.
Ensure data security through regular updates, malware scans, and user access controls.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues and maintain smooth system integration.
Provide training to end-users on technology usage and best practices.
Respond to critical incidents, minimizing downtime and impact.
🎯 Requirements:
Proven experience in desktop and server support roles.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
