We thus enable your work force to be trained and retrained as they now would now be able to see the same task or assignment with the end goal in mind and have the architectural big picture. This helps the team in a big way as if you do not paint a picture to the team and explain them the rationale behind it they will still do a picture which would not be the one intended.
