Over three days, Team Sigmoid came together to celebrate Culture Week 2026, reflecting on the values that shape how we work, collaborate, and grow.
Our conversations centered around the values that define our CATCH culture:

Through inspiring leadership stories, engaging discussions, interactive activities, and plenty of meaningful conversations, our teams explored what these values look like in practice.
From sharing real experiences to learning from one another, Culture Week reminded us that our culture is strengthened through everyday actions.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made the event possible - from our organizing team to the leaders who shared their experiences, and to every Sigmoidian who participated with such enthusiasm. Together, we welcomed 200+ participants across the three days, making the celebration truly memorable.
