We are looking for a Technical Support Associate / Engineer who can assist US customers on their software and hardware Issues over calls.Taking the ownership and ensuring the issue being resolved in the given Turn Around Time.

What We are looking for?
6 months to 4 years of experience in handling international customers over calls
Good at handling troubleshooting software issues
Willing to work in a startup environment
Flexible to work in 24/7 environment
Ability to express thoughts clearly & professionally for fluent customer interaction (English)
Display passion for & responsibility to the customer, business & team
Use of computer and keyboard for extended periods of time on most or all workdays

What you will be doing :
Responsible for handling the first level of technical support issues to the customers through Calls
Understand and Diagnose the issue, educate the customer on the same
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Analyze call logs to spot common trends and underlying problems
Ensuring all the issues are properly logged
Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries.
