Responsibilities
Ensure Excellence in Customer Handling and Service
Responsible for entire store operations like VM, stock management, shrinkage prevention etc.
Responsible for driving sales & assisting in marketing activities at store level
Managing Sales Team, provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent
Keep track of fast selling and slow selling products and report the same to warehouse
Develop a schedule of holiday activities and promotions throughout the year strategically designed to bring in more revenue
Maintain monthly reports and checklists
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
3+ years of retail management experience in fashion industry
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques
Verbal Communication (understand and speak local language)
Good manpower management and training skills
