New face masks can detect covid 19 in your breath using biosensors

Technology is improving day by day in an advanced way. A new technology has been discovered where no one else expected as we could defect covid 19 through a biosensor placed on the mask. Incredible isn't it?

While we are expecting the third wave to form stronger than the current wave this technology developed by a group of researchers at the MIT and the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering at Harvard University. This technology is a wearable materials with embedded synthetic biology sensor for bio molecule detection placed outside the face mask.

The good things about this tech is this sensor can be installed in any regular KN95 masks and the best part is the accuracy of this sensor is similar to any standard PCR test. It can also detect other dangerous substances including bacteria, toxins, viruses and chemical agents.

This could help the country in a big way before the third wave becomes stronger. People can use this sensor by just by clicking a button which activate sensors and it provides the accurate results within 90 minutes.

The team is now looking to provide such readily available masks in larger numbers so that they are made available during the pandemic.

Now book your covid vaccination slot through paytm

Paytm offers covid vaccination slots booking via thier app but you will still need to register on the cowin portal which the users are using to book their slots. Now the users can search either by their pincode or district in the paytm app.

This is the new and much improved vaccine slot finder tool available in the country. Here is how to book your vaccination slots in the app:

• open the app and find featured section
• click on the " vaccine finder " option
• you can search the slot either by pincode or your district
• choose the age and dose
• choose the preferred center
• Verify the registered mobile number on the cowin portal
via otp
• select book now and once booked paytm provides an appointment slip that will be required at the vaccination center before the appointment

The tool has been updated on both iOS and android. users can also choose between paid slots and free on this application. This move from the patym would help india come out of this pandemic a lot stronger and reduces the headache to book their vaccination slots.
