Keeping this in mind, the company facilitated a free hair and scalp medical consultation camp in Sapient with a trichology Centre “Richfeel,” the pioneers of trichology. They offered a free hair and scalp analysis for the employees.

The second coffee session of the top performers with the CEO of Magna Infotech, Anuraag Gupta, was indeed very reassuring. Focus of the discussion was on the current work culture and the scope for improvement within the organisation. Everyone was in consensus about the fact that their main source of support was from their Team Leads who were mentoring them continuously.
