Accel was founded in March 1991 by five first generation technopreneurs under the leadership of N.R.Panicker who had worked together in one of India's Premier IT companies. Between them they had put in more than
50 man-years of service in the IT industry in the fields of Research and Development, Manufacturing, Software Development and Services.
