Your role as Engineering Manager will involve coding, strategizing, project management, part staff management.


Responsibilities

Lead a team in delivering new features and support existing customers.
Should work with all the stakeholders clients and colleagues
Hire great people and grow them
Move from individual brilliance to manage processes to build next set of features
Take care of all aspects of product development like requirement gathering, design and architecture discussions, development, code reviews, quality, security, scaleability, documentation, evangelism etc
Enjoy working with customers and strongly feels that great idea will come from them and the issues they are facing. Keep on continuously expanding the boundaries of our product based on discussions with them.
Deeply technical and should have experience working in c/c++/java/spring/hibernate etc
Should devote 50% time to core coding and architecture, 20% to talking with customers and rest with team to achieve their goals
Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics
Communicate engineer team goals with engineering staff members
Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
3+ years' of management experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Develop training and assessment modules for certification by Anakage Academy
• Deliver training content to Partners and Clients
Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree preferably Computers / IT Engineering
• 2 years of Software development using C++, MFC, Java/Spring
• 2 years of Technical writing or Test Case writing experience in a software product
