We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI-UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be designing ideas using various methods and the latest technology. You will be designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and implement new designs.
Optimize existing user interface designs
Test for intuitiveness and experience
Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives·
Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions·
Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements·
Create prototypes for new product ideas·
Test new ideas before implementing ·
Conduct ongoing user research
Qualification and Experience ·
1-2 years of experience as a UI-UX Designer or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in relevant feel
proficient in basic front-end web development languages, namely HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiar with some of the modern application programming languages such as Java, .Net, AJAX, PHP, XHTML, and Ruby.
Simulate UI elements using Adobe creative suite programs (for example, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, and Flex).
Use responsive web design to create applications that automatically match multiple screen sizes/devices.
Conduct usability testing to identify and fix UI issues and collect actual intelligence from target users.

Ability to discuss and explain the design options
