Lattice Semiconductors to be acquired for $1.3bn by chinese backed Canyon Bridge Capital partners.

Canyon Bridge Capital Partners is a newly formed private equity firm backed by Chinese funding . Lattice has been focusing on connected automotive applications by offering programmable logic devices. Chinese companies have been aggressive in acquiring overseas semiconductor companies to build domestic chip industry.
