Hastaj Arts & Crafts

Hastaj Arts & Crafts "Hastaj" as a term is originated from Sanskrit meaning "The Hand Born". Its a social enterprise evolved to promote anything and everything that is handmade.

Hastaj is a social enterprise evolved to promote anything and everything that is handmade. There are many traditional handicrafts which are at the verge of extinction without proper marketing & promotion.Hastaj has chosen technology to help the handicraft industry as well as the artisans. Hastaj is trying to connect 5Cs i.e Craft, Culture, Collaboration, Communication & Commerce. which are very loosely coupled. It is very difficult for any handicraft industry to survive without these 5Cs. Hastj not only helps traditional arts & crafts to re-gain its lost identity, it also helps new & modern arts & crafts to prove themselves.
