A German afternoon in India 🇮🇳 : welcome to “𝐊𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐊𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧” at Wurth Electronics India!
A Friday afternoon, our office turned into a little slice of 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 as we celebrated “𝐊𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐊𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧” (Coffee & Cake) — our German Culture Day, held in the spirit of the German Unity Day Das Saarland auf dem Tag der Deutschen Einheit
We kept the idea simple: bringing two cultures a little closer Together. Over the past two months, we had the pleasure of hosting a German intern with us and this event became the perfect way to celebrate that exchange and everything we learned from one another.
Cleo Huelsmann our German Intern from Würth Elektronik Group kicked things off with an interactive presentation on German traditions and history, followed by fun games like an egg-and-spoon race and “𝐓𝐨𝐩𝐟𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧” (pot hitting) — all rounded off with fresh Berliners, pretzels, and a photo booth where colleagues dressed up in traditional 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐬 and 𝐋𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐧. Moments like these reflect what we stand for at Wurth Electronics : bringing People Together, exchanging Knowledge, and building genuine Connections, across countries and cultures. It’s a small but meaningful example of “𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫” and living our promise of “𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭”, not only for our customers but for each other as colleagues too.
