𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 came together to open new doors to a fresh beginning. It marked a special moment as 𝐖𝐄 welcomed everyone who became part of our newly renovated office. Just like restoring a space brings new life, it also feels like letting go of old, not-so-great memories and making room for new beginnings.

Adding to these milestones, in the first quarter, the 4th floor was inaugurated during our SKO2 2026 (Sales Kickoff) by Thomas Garz and Rob Sperring and in the second quarter, the 1st floor was inaugurated by the Management Team Praveen Kumar S G Deepu Shankar Shapur Jayashree and Managers across India at the BLR office.

New goals, new opportunities, new ventures, new people and new perspectives—all coming together to pave the way for greater achievements ahead.

The day was made even more meaningful with a spiritual touch, invoking the presence of the Almighty, followed by a wonderful festive lunch and a musical evening that brought everything to a perfect close. Truly a memorable day to cherish for years to come.

Celebrating Annapurna H S’s 5-year milestone with Wurth Electronics India! 🎉

As part of the 𝐒𝐂𝐌 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦, her journey reflects continuous learning, growth and valuable contributions.

In her words:
“Previously I was working with one of the EMS company, there is a lot of difference in work culture from previous company to WE eiSos IN. It is a great experience to work at 𝐖𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡 and learned the new things. Also, I have developed more patience and learned to handle 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 and how to co-ordinate with the team, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 and lot more things to go. As I am working in 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 and my Manager has given more liberty to explore more on the reduction on freight costs and connect with more freight forwarders and I have utilized this opportunity and given best as per my knowledge. With regard to training and workshops, I have learned more from & ’s work shop on 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐬 and also how to handle situations under tuff times with cool and calm mind set and how to 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 more.
As a part of collaborations WE will celebrate festivals and in this each department will become more closer and will be performing differently with our own ideas with the team effort.
Lastly I can conclude that I am grateful to Wurth Electronics India Management Team Jayashree Shapur, .deepu for the best support help and provided the comfortable/ good environment to work here and I am totally satisfied with my work.
