Celebrating Pralhad Hulwan 5-year milestone with Wurth Electronics India! 🎉

As part of the FAE, his journey reflects continuous learning, growth and valuable contributions.

In his words:
“As I complete 5 years with Würth Elektronik India, I feel truly blessed and grateful for this journey. When I look back, I don’t think of milestones, but of the people who have supported and shaped my growth.

Starting as a Technical Sales Engineer (eiCan) in West Region and growing into my current role as a Field Application Engineer supporting customers across India, I have been fortunate to learn, contribute, and grow every day. From conducting technical seminars and webinars for customers to collaborating with colleagues worldwide, each experience has been enriching.

Würth Elektronik’s values “It’s About People” and “Creating Together” are reflected in the trust, support, and teamwork I experience every day. Many colleagues, including those from the Technical Academy, have become close friends and an extended family.

Celebrating Bini Aravindan 5-year milestone with Wurth Electronics India! 🎉

As part of the IDM KAM, her journey reflects continuous learning, growth and valuable contributions.

In her words:

“My journey at Würth Elektronik began in Internal Sales, where I supported the IDM Standard Team. Before moving into Sales, I had gained 14yrs of valuable experience in Supply Chain Management from my previous company. Transitioning between these functions was a significant change I could adapt to these changes quickly because of the strong support of my team.

Past 5 years, I had the opportunity to learn and explore new skills, which has significantly increased my confidence.

I am privileged to work at Würth Elektronik because of its supportive and caring culture. The encouragement and support I received when I joined the company were unforgettable. Würth Elektronik has opened a new chapter in my life, positively changed my goals, and helped me grow both professionally and personally.

Over the past five years, I have had the opportunity to work with both standard customers and key customers in the Tamil Nadu and Karnataka regions. Having the chance to support customers across South India makes me happy.
