Openings for 2 to 4 years UI/UX developer

Job description :
Basic Qualification (Must have) :
- Can take a defined software design and turn it into code.
- Proficiency in developing front-end software, with experience in one or more front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue etc.
- Working knowledge of front-end test frameworks such as enzyme, jest etc.
- Deep knowledge of and hands-on experience with a broad range of software design approaches and common UX patterns. Examples: objects, promises, asynchronicity, MV- etc
- Able to independently solve UX design problems (with a degree of ambiguity) of basic to medium complexity.
- Knows how to seek information early in the design process to avoid solving wrong problems and thus mitigate UX risks
- Has a high-level understanding of how front-end experiences are delivered. Examples: HTTPS, DNS, CDNs etc.
Preferred Qualification (Good to have) :
- Willingness to mentor junior engineers
- Experience instrumenting applications on the basis of metrics to influence customer experience
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages (other than Javascript) including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++, or C #
- Experience with server-side programming.
