Codersbrain presenting Nikitha Chaganti, who believes that “Develop success from failures. Discouragement and failure are two of the surest stepping stones to success.”
If you are working on something that you really care about, you don’t have to be pushed. The vision pulls you, and Nikitha Chaganti does a fantastic job with it.
My journey started with a strong interest in business communication and relationship building. I was always curious about how companies grow, acquire clients, and build long-term partnerships. That curiosity inspired me to step into business development. Over time, interacting with different clients and understanding their needs strengthened my passion for helping businesses scale through the right solutions.
But it wasn’t always smooth. One of the biggest challenges I faced was handling continuous rejections during outreach campaigns. In business development, not every conversation converts into an opportunity. Initially, it was difficult, but I learned to see rejection as feedback rather than failure. I improved my communication approach, refined my pitch, and focused on consistency. This shift helped me increase positive responses and build confidence. Managing multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously was another challenge. Balancing mass mailing, follow-ups, client meetings, and CRM updates required discipline. I overcame this by improving time management, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining structured tracking systems.
Then came my breakthrough—CodersBrain. This opportunity allowed me to grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment focused on AI-powered solutions and technology-enabled growth. Working closely with startups, founders, and enterprises has been a transformative experience, offering continuous learning and professional development.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of working here is connecting with different founders and decision-makers every day. Each conversation brings a new perspective, a new learning, and a chance to create meaningful value.
