Designation - Customer Support Associate (Banking process)
Looking for Freshers or Experience as a Customer Support Associate for a banking process
Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrated skills in resolving customer-related issues in a professional manner
within the time limits
2. Following up with customers for any further information
3. Adhere to the company data privacy and policies
4. Handle outbound calling.
5. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools
6. Go the extra mile to engage customers
Experience – Freshers /1-2 years in handling customer queries/complaints via email, chat, inbound, and
outbound calls.
Mandatory Language - Excellent English and Hindi
Industry type – Any industry with experience in customer facing
Employment type - Full Time, Third party payroll.
Role category - Semi voice.
Salary - As per industry standard + perks.
Contact Center shift 24*7 - Rotational shifts (shift allowance provided), rotational off.
