🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AV Architect to lead the design and strategic direction of enterprise-grade Audio Visual ecosystems across meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, event environments, and digital communication platforms.
This is a high-impact architectural role combining deep technical expertise with long-term AV strategy ownership.
🔹 Core Responsibilities
✔ Architectural Design – End-to-end AV architecture (Conferencing, Presentation Systems, Digital Signage, Control Systems, Room Automation, AV over IP)
✔ Technical Documentation – Schematics, signal flow diagrams, equipment specs, and room standards
✔ Technology Strategy & Roadmap – Define AV standards and guide long-term investment decisions
✔ Integration & Interoperability – Seamless integration with:
• UC Platforms (Microsoft Teams / Zoom / Webex)
• Enterprise Networks
• Identity Systems
• Building Technologies (BMS, occupancy sensors)
✔ Project Leadership – From concept to commissioning
✔ Quality Assurance & Governance – Security standards, lifecycle management, and performance consistency
✔ Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement – Align integrators, OEMs, IT & Facilities teams
🔹 Skills & Experience
🔸 AV system design & acoustics expertise
🔸 DSP configuration & control programming (Crestron / AMX / Extron)
🔸 AV over IP (Dante, NDI, SDVoE)
🔸 Microsoft Teams Rooms & Zoom Rooms ecosystem knowledge
🔸 Networking fundamentals (VLANs, QoS, multicast, security)
🔸 AutoCAD / Revit / Visio documentation
🔸 Enterprise-level project leadership
🎓 Certifications preferred: CTS-D / CTS-I, Crestron, Q-SYS, Dante
