Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team of technical recruiters and managing captive accounts in technical staffing. This role will involve overseeing the recruitment process, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful fulfillment of staffing needs for our projects or clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Manage captive accounts, understand client requirements, and ensure the successful fulfillment of staffing needs.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent and meet organizational staffing goals.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions, including software developers, engineers, IT specialists, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably leading a team of technical recruiters.
Experience in managing captive accounts in technical staffing is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, with the ability to effectively evaluate candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and establishing trust with clients and candidates.
Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
