Seventh Dev are looking for an ambitious and energetic BDM/BDE to help us expand our clientele. Candidate will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads of decision makers in an organisation.
- Send personalised cold emails to the Leads with a call-to-action at the End.
- Schedule meetings with the potential client with our core team. (To find the scope of work)
- Write a project proposal to the potential client for his problem with our solution.
- Schedule meetings with the potential client with our core team (To explain our solution).
- Closing the deal with the client and if necessary, negotiate or Ask to sign a long-term contract with our company.
- Follow up with the client via email, call, message in 3 - 5 days to keep him as Hot Lead.
- Build a long-term relationships with the client after the sales is closed (With a friendly approach).
- Once the work is delivered to the client and ask for referral (Potential Client).
- The sales process has weekly and monthly targets to be achieved at any cost.
- You will be getting incentive based on the ticket size to close and by achieving your weekly and monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experience as a business development manager, business development executive or a relevant role.
- Must be conversant with IT business development process including initiate calls, understanding requirements, proposal, price negotiation, deal closure, contract, etc.
- Should be Lead Management skills with abilities to create business pipeline and plan business accordingly.
- Candidate should have prior experience acquiring projects related to e-commerce websites, mobile application, WordPress, Magneto, etc.
