AICPA CERTIFICATION- SOC1 Type 2 accreditation demonstrates the commitment from Craft Silicon to create, implement and maintain security policies and practices that address and adhere to AICPA principles. It reports on the fairness of management’s description of the service organization’s system, suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of the controls to achieve the related control objectives included in the description throughout a specified period.
ISO 9001:2015- ISO sets a global standard for Quality Management Systems and ensures their efficiency for products, services, and international supply chains. ISO 9001:2015 embodies the best practices of Quality Management and Quality certification. Craft Silicon aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the practical application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
ISO 27001:2013- This certification provides a set of standardized requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). The standard adopts a process-based approach for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, maintaining, and improving ISMS. This protects the company, assets, shareholders, and directors by managing and minimizing risk exposure.
ISO 20000-1:2018- This provides a set of standard requirements for a Service Management System which enables the IT departments to follow the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes aligned with the needs of business and best practices and also for the benchmarking of delivering managed services, measure service levels and access the performance. Certifications ensure that IT services are offered, support and deliverables follow the ITSM process, in order to achieve customer satisfaction with the services provided by the organization.
